Tata’s Yoga Journey

After a life-changing car accident in 2016, Tatiana found herself looking at life through different lenses. After enduring many life changes and experiencing relentless pain, that has yet to fully cease, Tata found healing her new everyday, her new passion, her new life. Through mindfulness practices, yoga, learning more about plant and other healing modalities, Already an avid yogi and plant medicine user, the pain taught her As she knows pain all-too-well and has done everything under the sun to try to remedy it, she’s been on this journey to help heal others as well. She shares her love, knowledge, and passion for plant medicine and yoga, sound healing, and and holistic open mindedness with others.

Tatiana is an RYT 200 and trained in Ganja yoga, and certified in Reiki and Sound Healing. She has been practicing yoga for 15 + years with an emphasis on Hatha, Vinyasa, and Iyengar. In 2017, Tatiana graduated from Marianne Wells' Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica (200hrs) and soon went to study Ganja Yoga with Dee Dussault (100hrs).

Tatiana received her Reiki Level 2 attunement and graduated from the Sound Bath Center Level 1 and 2 Sound Bath Practitioner Training in the Summer and Fall of 2019. She led many classes and hosted small and large group experiences in and around the greater Los Angeles area until March 2020.

Since then, Tatiana has expanded in many ways. She became a mother to a beautiful baby boy, moved to Michigan, and most recently graduated from Awakened Spirit Yoga School with 85 hrs certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor and Sacred Birth Doula, as well as a Breathwork certification. She is currently hosting private and public holistic experiences in and around Detroit and surrounding areas and open to new clients and event opportunities.
